    MS IE5

PROBLEM

    NtWaK0 TigerTeam posted following.  It  was tested on NT4 + SP5  +
    All Hot fix + IE 5 + All Fix. The HTML code below when loaded it
    will start to IE windows for some raison. When you load the html
    file IE5 will open it 2 times. Here is how to duplicate the
    problem.

        - Copy the HTML code and create a new file call it "test.html"
          (Do not type the ")
        - Create a new folder on your hard disk C: "test"
        - Copy the "test.html" into "c:\test"
        - Double click "test.html"

    If it open only once close it fast and open it again, try about 4
    or 5 times, if you see two windows then it worked. Now if it did
    open two window you will have one window on top of the other,
    Close the Second window (the one in the background) then close
    the Top one. If you close them in that order DOCTOR Watson will
    come up with this error:

        IEXPLORE.exe
        Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x77f7d622
        And you have the OK , Cancel, Help Button are enabled.

   Code:

    <!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.0 transitional//en">
    <html>
    <head>
       <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
