PROBLEM

    Peter  Simons  found  following.   When  a  script (e.g. ASP) on a
    FrontPage web sets the response content type to application/msword
    or application/vnd-ms.excel,  IE5 will  ignore the  result of  the
    script and  attempt to  open the  script itself  instead.   If the
    attempt  to  open  the   script  is  unsuccessful  (no   authoring
    permission) IE5 will then erroneously GET the script, even  though
    the script was originally POSTed.
