PROBLEM

    Ward van Wanrooij  it looks like  he discovered a  new bug in  IIS
    4.0.  Let's go to the facts:

        - Microsoft provides several  download sites around the  world
          for their product
        - Let's go (for example) to http://194.159.240.196/msdownload/
        - Now  you get  the message  'This Virtual  Directory does not
          allow to be listed'.
        - Press  your  Refresh/Reload  button  one time, if  necessary
          several times.
        - Now the directory is listed!!!

    Seems you can repro the entire issue using Netscape browsers.
