PROBLEM

    Arne Vidstrom found following.   Something you should be aware  of
    if you use the mail server  MsgCore from Nosque is that it  stores
    the administrators password in clear text in the registry at:

        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nosque Workshop\MsgCore\vhDefault\AdmPasswd

    and all user account passwords in clear text in the file:

        c:\MsgCore\Data\Userbase.dbf

    (The exact  location of  course depends  on where  you install the
    server).  The version tested was 2.14.
