PROBLEM

    The Proxy Server 2.0 Combined Hotfix is a collection of bug  fixes
    combined into a single package for easy installation.  If you  are
    experiencing any of the  problems listed below, it  is recommended
    that  you  obtain  the  combined  hotfix  from  Microsoft  Product
    Support Services:
