PROBLEM

    There are two potential problems  which may occur when using  NDIS
    miniport  drivers  in  addition  to  those  provided by Microsoft.
    Some  products  use  NDIS  miniport  drivers as filters to provide
    data  encryption,  for  example.  Note,  the problems only seem to
    manifest themselves when additional miniport drivers are used.

    You may either experience a  memory leak in kernel non-paged  pool
    memory, or, a BSOD STOP:  0x0000000A in NDIS.sys (see Q156655  for
    more specific reference).

SOLUTION

    MS provided HF.  Only NDIS.sys is updated by this Hot Fix.   Apply
    fix only if necessary.  Ypu may download fox from:
