    Win NT Terminal Server

PROBLEM

    Christian Buchenauer found following  while studying the file  and
    directory  permissions  on  Terminal  Server.   After  setting the
    permissions on the system temp folder and opening a client session
    from another PC,  Terminal Server will  create a new  subdirectory
    where the  particular user  had full  control.   Now the users can
    set  their  own  permissions  and  do  whatever  they want to.. on
    TServers disk.
