PROBLEM

    Viktor  Borisov  found  following.   He  had  setup Microsoft PPTP
    working throw his Linux firewall.  PPTP uses TCP port 1723 for the
    control information.  If you connect to this port on NT box  using
    telnet and type "testtest" and disconnect, next time when somebody
    tries to connect to this PPTP server, NT box will get BSOD.

SOLUTION

    This does not happens with SP4 applied.
