PROBLEM

    Sorry, but  I lost  info who  found this.   Anyway, up  to SP5 one
    would update  the NT  Workstations with  the Resource  Kit utility
    Remote console (supplement 3).  i.e. rclient.exe  to the  machine,
    run \\sp5share\update\update  -n -o  -z -q  , or  whatever.   This
    fails with  SP5. tlist  reports "Service Pack Setup Error"  on the
    process list.  I beleive David Grimmer found this.

SOLUTION

    Find the following lines in the update.inf

    [Hyperterminal.files]

        "Microsoft BBS.ht",msbbs.ht

    and change it to

    [Hyperterminal.files]

        ;"Microsoft BBS.ht",msbbs.ht

    The SP5 update wants to  copy the msbbs.ht file for  Hyperterminal
    to the Start  Menu hierarchie, which  is in your  case, unattended
    install over Rconsole, not available.
