COMMAND
SID Number Info
SYSTEMS AFFECTED
Win NT
PROBLEM
A unique machine SID is created when machine is installed and
never changes. User SID's are extended versions of the machine
SID. Generally, an SID from one workstation never finds its way
onto another, but this can happen in rare cases and could result
in one user getting another's access permissions.
To verify this, check out MS Knowledge Base article: Q162001.
SOLUTION
This is possible to occur in very rare cases, but no valid fix
for now.
