SYSTEMS AFFECTED

    WinNT with Service Pack 6

PROBLEM

    Paul  Noah  found  following.    There  is  a  problem  with   the
    winspool.drv  file  included  in  SP6.   After installing SP6 only
    Domain Admins had the ability to print.

SOLUTION

    Replacing winspool.drv with the SP5 release cleared the problem.
